Student Accomodation and Hotel Glasgow

The Student Accommodation and Hotel project in Glasgow was a major Hotels & Leisure development comprising a dual-building scheme with 500 bedrooms across both student living and hotel facilities. Delivered in partnership with Gilbert Ash between July 2022 and December 2023 and valued at £3.1m, the project contributed significantly to the city’s hospitality and education infrastructure, offering modern, high-capacity accommodation in a vibrant urban setting.
